Ottumwa Symphony Orchestra is Looking for “Divas Who Dish” Participants

The Ottumwa Symphony Orchestra is looking for ladies of any age who love to cook as participants for the Annual “Divas Who Dish” event at the Knights of Columbus Club 888 on April 12 from 6-8 pm. Below are a few important details:

• Each chef is asked to prepare 300 sample-size servings of their favorite recipe in one of the following categories:  a. Pre-Dining (soup/appetizer/salad/side-dish), b. Entree, or c. Dessert.  
• Each chef will be allowed one or two additional team members.
• Judging standards consist of taste, originality and presentation.
• Outstanding chefs in each food category will be selected by professional judges. In addition, a “People’s Choice” award will be selected by a vote of all those attending.

All profits from this event go to fund the presentation of concerts and youth concerts for the Ottumwa Symphony Orchestra organization.
