What motivated you to become a musician?
I was interested in music from a young age.
Do you have any favorite instructors or mentors who played a critical role in your development as a musician?
Peter E. Eagle - my harp instructor at Indiana University. Believed in me and gave me confidence in my ability to find a niche.
Outside of group rehearsals, approximately what length of time and/or how many times per week do you practice your instrument?
That depends on what performances I have coming up. If I have several different concerts upcoming, I will practice around 2 hours every day to get everything ready.
If you could have dinner with any one person, living or not, who would it be and why?
My mom. Because sometimes I need help parenting and I would like her opinion on current events.
